Our Housing

Cottage Hill Place Phase I opened in March 2025 and features 16 Permanent Supportive Housing units.

Each unit is 280 square feet and has a kitchen, sitting area, sleeping area, wardrobe with shelves, bathroom with bathtub and storage space. Each kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and ample drawers and cupboards. Also onsite is the Ellie Lambert Community Center, which features a large kitchen, gathering area, conference table, laundry facilities and private meeting rooms for case management.

To maintain Cottage Hill Place standards of quality and performance, Justice Housing Yakima partners and contracts with skilled, accomplished, respected and long-standing community agencies including Sunrise Outreach Center, Yakima Neighborhood Health Services and Comprehensive Healthcare. These collaborations ensure Cottage Hill Place is a values-based program that honors human dignity, recognizes resiliency, remains nonjudgmental, exercises respect and provides responsive, inclusive and engaging services.
